Contactless Check-In & Check-Out - Honors members can use Digital Check-In and Digital Key through the Hilton Honors app. Non-Honors guests will notice protective barriers at registration desks.
Floor markers will be installed to queue physical distancing reminders throughout the hotel.
Lobby Seating, Signage & Enhanced Cleaning - Seating will be arranged to accommodate social distancing. Team members will be cleaning and disinfecting the lobby more frequently. Signage will be placed throughout the lobby to encourage social distancing.
Hotel Team members will be provided with personal protective equipment and enhanced training designed to protect their well-being throughout the new cleaning process. Enhanced cleaning in Team Member areas such as employee dining areas, entrances, restrooms, loading docks, offices, security podiums, phones, radios, tools, etc.
Elevator Cleaning & Sanitation Station - There will be a hand sanitizing and disinfecting station by elevator. Disinfecting wipes will be placed in the elevator for guest use.
Fitness Center - Equipment has been arranged to accommodate social distancing with every other machine closed. Increased availability of disinfectant wipes will be placed throughout the Fitness Center.
Minimizations of daily guest room cleaning for guests staying multiple nights however, fresh linens and supplies are available daily upon request
Hilton CleanStay Room Seal - Housekeeping will seal guests rooms after they finish deep cleaning and disinfection of each room (this will indicate to guests that their room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned).
Deep-Cleaned Room - Bed will be washed after every stay, messages will be placed on mirrors that outlines the use of Lysol for "high-touch areas" a TV remote control will be sealed in a protective sleeve, and Lysol wipes will be available in each guest room.
